3. Payments
- Payments must be made through approved methods (PayHere, bank transfer, etc.)
- Advance payments are required to start projects.
- Delays in client payments may suspend or delay service delivery.
4. Project Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on client requirements and timely feedback.
- Delays caused by clients (content, approvals, revisions) are not the responsibility of FishiFox.
- All digital deliverables will be provided electronically.
5. Intellectual Property
- All code, designs, and assets remain the property of FishiFox until full payment is completed.
- After full payment, ownership is transferred as agreed in the project contract.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without written consent.
6. Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability
FishiFox is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Downtime due to hosting providers
- Third-party service failures
- Misuse of products after delivery

- Client violates terms
- Payments are overdue
- Illegal activity is suspected
