2. Refund Eligibility
Because we provide digital and custom-made services, refunds are handled under the following conditions:
A. Refunds Allowed
A partial or full refund may be issued if:
- The project has not been started yet.
- The deliverables cannot be completed due to a technical limitation on our side.
- The customer made a payment by mistake (duplicate payment, incorrect amount).
B. Refunds Not Allowed
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Work already completed
- Customized software or code delivered
- Domain purchases, hosting fees, third-party tools/licenses
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Delays caused by the client (content delay, approval delay)
3. Project Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel a project:
- Cancellation must be requested in writing.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced.
- Any advance payment beyond the completed work will be refunded.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
